Welcome to the Drivers Education section of the Heart of Dixie BMWCCA website.  

Every year we hold a DE event at Barber Motorsports Park In Birmingham, Alabama.   These events help to teach experienced and novice  drivers how to handle their cars under track conditions. This is not a racing course but it can be used to advance your talents toward   becoming a more proficient driver. Participants only need to bring their personal car and an approved helmet for the event. The necessary forms  are available  in Acrobat format under the DOWNLOADS tab. Don't miss the opportunity to improve your driving skills. All your track experience will help you in everyday driving.

This year we'll be holding the DE on Saturday and Sunday May 26 and 27 at Barber Motorsports Park.

Registration will start on Friday evening at 6:00 PM at the track. A map of the track is included in the downloadable PDF file along with general instructions on how to get to the Barber track facility.
